With the children’s well-being always in mind, we provide a stimulating and safe environment all year long.
Think. Make. Do.
We are an incubator for kids to grow their creative intelligence through Making and art. Weekly programs are designed around themes such as basic engineering, biomimicry, renewable fuels, and the always-popular Playscapes carnival.
The camp will take place at French American International School, 150 Oak Street. Extended care and multi-week discounts are available. Visit the Camp Doodles website for more information.

Building on the success of last year, 48 students entering 1st grade through 6th grade have the opportunity to work with a team of qualified educators who are dedicated to provide stimulating workshops and creative hands-on projects in French.
Why does The French Intensive Summer School 2.1 matter?
The mission of the French Intensive Summer School 2.1 is to empower students to thrive in a changing world. Through organized and structured activities, the French Intensive Summer School 2.1 is committed to nurture the “super skills” for the 21st century also known as Communication, Creativity, Cooperation and Critical Thinking.
How do the students learn in French?
BY cultivating a curious mindset, our students are motivated to develop lifelong learning skills such as asking questions, expressing ideas, engaging in argument from evidence, describing, explaining, designing, creating simple objects, using digital tools and communicating in French. Based on the value that collaboration brings ideas to life, students will be mixed in heterogeneous age groups.
What do students do during The French Intensive Summer School 2.1?
Transcended by the theme of ANCIENT EGYPT, The French Intensive Summer School 2.1 offers experiential activities such as designing games, creating recipes, making movies, imagining new rules, questioning the world around us and much more while preparing the students to discover the exhibition THE FUTURE OF THE PAST: MUMMIES AND MEDICINE at the Legion of Honor. All activities enhance reading, writing and oral skills in French as they are fundamental academic competencies.
