Posted 09/30/2015 04:57PM

On Tuesday, September 29, Head of School Melinda Bihn welcomed over 500 prospective students and parents to an inspiring evening that demystified the International Baccalaureate. Educators Joel Cohen and Andrew Brown framed the history and structure of the International Baccalaureate, while Dina Srouji reviewed the extended essay topics and customized profiles of Sara, Robin, and Jasmine from the Class of 2016. Alumni Andrew and Tara from the Class of 2013, and Maxim '08 spoke to how the IB prepared them for life beyond International. Video cameos featured Larson '15 and Alex '13, who reviewed their literature oral assessment and travel to India, respectively. Isobel '16 discussed pieces from her IB Art portfolio, while virtuosi Justin '18 and Thibault '16 punctuated the evening with mellifluous classical music. A night to remember! Thank you all for your participation and attendance.
