Jean Paul "JP" Balajadia
Jean Paul (JP) was born on the island of Guam, spent several years living in Las Cruces, NM and San Diego, CA, returned to Guam for middle school and high school and attended WPI in Worcester, MA receiving a BS in electrical and computer engineering.
JP spent 6 years in consulting engineering, working on infrastructure projects throughout the Pacific and moved to San Francisco 20 years ago. JP co-founded a private data center REIT that was acquired in 2010 and is currently the co-founder of a software company in the machine learning and artificial intelligence space.
JP started his service on the Board of Trustees in 2014 where he serves on the facilities and advancement committees. JP was a founding board member of Mercy Beyond Borders, a non-profit organization working to provide education for girls and provide micro financing to women owned business in South Sudan and Haiti. JP is a board advisor to several other Bay Area start-ups.
JP and his wife Ann live in San Francisco and have two sons attending French American- Gregory ’24 and Gabe ’27.
