Monday, August 13, 2018: Athletics Leadership Retreat & First Day of Fall Sports (Women's Volleyball, Men's Soccer, Women's Tennis, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Club Sailing).  ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES are encouraged to attend the Leadership Retreat, regardless of their season of sport.

Tuesday, August 28, 2018: Athletic Information Night, 7 pm in MPR 5.  Please join us if you are interested in meeting your student-athletes' coaches, learn more about the athletic year, ask questions, or get to know your athletic department. This meeting is STRONGLY SUGGESTED for freshman or first-time Jaguar student-athletes and their families. 

Friday, September 14, 2018: Fall Fan Jam!  Come kick off the school year with our yearly fall spirit game vs Bay School at Kezar.  JV Volleyball 4:15 pm / Varsity Volleyball 5:30 pm / Varsity Men's Soccer 7:30 pm.

Monday, October 29, 2018: First Day of Winter Sports (Men's & Women's Basketball, Club Skiing)

Monday, January 28, 2019: First Day of Spring Sports (Men's & Women's Badminton, Baseball, Women's Soccer, Men's & Women's Swimming, Men's Tennis, Men's & Women's Track & Field, Club Sailing)

Saturday, May 18, 2019: 11th Annual Athletic Awards Night- all student-athletes and their families are invited to join us at 6:30 pm in the Jaguar Den to celebrate a fantastic year in interscholastic athletics.

Sign Up to Play—a step-by-step guide to playing a sport


  1. Make the choice to get involved! We don't make cuts at International, and we offer multiple team levels.
  2. Sign up and create a profile on Family ID
  3. Submit your yearly doctor's physical.
  4. Submit your annual uniform deposit ($500 check made out to International HS, post-dated for 6/1/2019).  This check is merely a deposit and a promise that uniforms will be returned at the conclusion of the season in good condition and in a timely manner. 
  5. Check your team page for the season schedule. 
  6. Attend open gyms and get in shape. Look Below for Off-Season Opportunities.
  7. Purchase Team Gear. New Team Gear will be available for purchase in summer 2018.
  8. Check The PASSPORT to PLAY to make sure you're cleared to play. 

Off-Season Opportunities:

All student-athletes are encouraged to take advantage of Performance Lab training sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 am- 12:30 pm all summer long.  Drop in for 60- 90 minute workouts.

Seasons of Sport


Start Date: Monday, August 13, 2018: All student-athletes can expect a 4-6 day per week commitment while in their season of sport. Fall sports end around early-mid November.
Men's Sports: Cross Country, Soccer, 
Women's Sports: Cross Country, Tennis, Volleyball
Club Sports: Sailing through St Francis Yacht Club


Start Date Monday, October 29, 2018: All student-athletes can expect a 5-6 day per week commitment while in their season of sport. Winter sports end around late February.

Club Sports: Skiing


Start Date January 28, 2019: All student-athletes can expect a 4-6 day per week commitment while in their season of sport. Spring sports end around early-mid May.

Directory Our Locations

An independent Pre-K through 12th grade co-educational day school in the heart of San Francisco. The school delivers a rigorous bilingual (French/English) immersion program through middle school, culminating in either French Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate program in its International High School.
